On Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, Edith Krueger (Kring) departed from this world with a smile, in the presence of family, to join her Savior and family members who have preceded her in death: her husband, Frank Krueger Sr.; father, Thomas Kring; mother, Celia Kring; sisters, Myrtle Bloomquist and Alice Montour; brothers, Raymond Kring and Walter Lee Kring; in-laws, Frank A. Krueger and Otillie Krueger; son-in-law, Frank Jackson; and numerous extended family.
Edith was born in Knox Mills in 1929, settled down, and spent many years living in Neenah. Her sense of humor, spunk, and love will carry on through the memories of those who remain: her five children, Terry Jackson, Frank “Butch” (Sara) Krueger Jr., Kent Krueger, Wendy (Mike) Pagel and Mary (Dan) Timm; 12 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Edith loved well, and she will be greatly missed until we are reunited in Eternal Life.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2015, at Christus Lutheran Church, N1915 Julius Drive, Greenville, WI, gathering at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m. and luncheon to follow.
The family extends their gratitude to the staff at Bridgewood Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center, and a special thanks to the staff from Hospice Advantage for their loving care.
