Anthony J. Kolosso Sr.

Anthony J. “Tony” Kolosso Sr., 74, Green Bay, died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at a Green Bay nursing home. He was born on Nov. 15, 1940, in Big Falls to Joseph and Esther (Swenson) Kolosso.

Tony lived in Tigerton for many years before moving to Green Bay in 1996. During his years in Tigerton, he worked as a custodian for the Tigerton School District.

Tony is survived by his four children, Ammy (James) Vaughn, Seymour, Elizabeth Fagan, Green Bay, and her partner, Terry, Anthony Kolosso, Tigerton, and Samuel Kolosso, Tigerton; five grandchildren, James Vaughn Jr., Angela Thompson, John Kolosso, Heidi Kolosso, Weston Kolosso; 11 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Phyllis Kratzke, Tigerton, Mae Heling, Clintonville, Shirley Buch, Neenah, Darlene Schrieber, Embarrass; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian; son-in-law, Kevin Fagan; brother, Joe Kolosso; and sister, Jenny Zimmer.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., Green Bay, from 2-4 p.m. Wednesday. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Matthew Uttenreither officiating. Burial will be in Big Falls Cemetery in Big Falls.
