Lucille M. Peters, 94, of Seymour, passed away Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, at Shawano Medical Center. She was born June 11, 1920, daughter of the late Ernest and Louisa (Bubolz) Noack.
On June 16, 1945, Lucille was united in marriage to Arvin Peters in the town of Cicero, and they enjoyed 63 years together. He preceded her in death Sept. 12, 2008. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour. Lucille enjoyed spending time at the cottage on Shawano Lake and playing Sheepshead.
She is survived by her two daughters, JoAnn (Bruce) Radeske, Shawano, and Karen (Dan) Bergsbaken, Rhinelander; three grandchildren, Robyn (John) Hoewisch, Weyauwega, Rochelle (Neal) Westemeier, Marion, and Nick (Tricia) Bergsbaken, Merrill; three great-grandchildren, Olivia and Brooke Westemeier, and Isaac Hoewisch; sister, Dorothy Mueller; sister-in-law, Sandra Scheller.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Donna; sister, Leola Kohn; brothers-in-law, Walter Mueller, Emil Kohn, Alvin and Norman Peters; a sister-in-law, Sylvia Peters.
Friends may call at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour on Monday, Jan. 12, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Roland Lindeman officiating. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.
