David Michael Moss, 70, of the town of Washington, passed away on Jan. 30, 2015, in Milwaukee.

David was born on April 25, 1944, in South Milwaukee to the late Harold and Mary (Connel) Moss. After graduating from high school, David joined the U.S. Navy and proudly served his country, until his honorable discharge in 1966. On June 14, 1969, David was united in marriage to SandraLee M. Paul in South Milwaukee. The couple lived in the Milwaukee area, where David worked for Harley-Davidson and Rockwell Automation. In 2007, David and Sandra left Milwaukee for the Shawano area. David enjoyed fishing, watching the Green Bay Packers and spending time with his friends. He was a lifetime member of AMVETS, the American Legion and DAV.

David is survived by his wife, Sandra, an aunt, and many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service for David will be held at a later date.

John S. Emerson, 89, of Shawano, passed away at The Cottages under the loving care of the Memory Unit staff and Heartland Hospice on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015.

A memorial service for John Emerson will be held on Monday, Feb. 9, at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Shawano with Pastor Allen Christensen officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of service.

David Frank Katzenmeyer, 49, of the town of Belle Plaine, passed away on Jan. 31, 2015, in Shawano.

David was born on Sept. 6, 1965, to Frank E. and Donna L. (Darrow) Katzenmeyer in Shawano.

David had worked on the Edward Krueger farm, at Reinhart Foods in Shawano and was currently employed at Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, where he worked for the past 14 years. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed all outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating and shooting trap. David was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano.

David is survived by his daughter, Lea (Mike Batusic) Katzenmeyer, of Shawano; his lifetime partner, Paula Bergsbaken, of Shawano; his parents, Frank and Donna Katzenmeyer, of Shawano; two sisters, Judith (Steve) Schreiber, of Menasha, and Annette (special friend Scott) Hammond, of Cecil; his godson, Ryan Martin; two special daughters, Bridget (Richie) Reed and Brittany Schulz, both of Green Bay; five grandchildren, Devon, Raelee, Kaeleen, Gaven and Ava; Paula’s parents, Gerald Schulz Sr. and Donna (Jerome) Duffeck; Paula’s siblings and their spouses, Dave and Katie Schulz, Christine and Pete Hauterbrook, Melissa and Rick Oestreich, Jeff and Sheila Duffeck, Marybeth and Allen Kindt, and Jenna and Randy Oestreich. He is further survived by aunts and uncles, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Hattie Katzenmeyer; his maternal grandparents, Edgar and Eldine Darrow; his godfather, the Rev. Dan Schnorr; Paula’s brothers, Jeffrey and Jerald Schulz and Jay Duffeck.

A funeral service for David will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano with the Rev. Ted Andrada as the officiant. Leona L. Russell, 98, formerly of Gresham, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, Feb. 1, 2015, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour, where she has resided for the past 10 years.

The former Leona Lindow was born on Feb. 19, 1916, in Gresham, a daughter of the late Herman and Minnie (Wruck) Lindow. She attended country schools in Lyndhurst.

Following school she assisted her parents on the family farm for several years. During World War II she was employed at Consolidated Badger. When the war ended and the GIs returned home, she went to work at Martin’s Laundry and at the box factory in Shawano.

She married Lawrence Russell, and shortly after their marriage the couple moved to Kaukauna. They later moved to Appleton. While living in Appleton, Leona had been employed at Lawrence University as a custodian. Her husband preceded her in death in February 2001.

Leona was always devoted to her family. She enjoyed cooking, baking and shopping.

Leona is survived by her son, Allen Lamberies, of Black Creek; two granddaughters, Kim Marie (Pete Mooney) Lamberies, of Kaukauna, and Chris (Terry) DeValk, of Appleton; four great-grandchildren, David and Will Mooney, Nina (Ryan Landau) DeValk and Rachel DeValk; and two great-great-grandchildren, Sophie DeValk and Nakio Landau.

Leona was preceded in death by seven brothers and two sisters.

Services for Leona will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2015, at Mickelson Funeral and Cremation Service of Shawano. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Shawano. Relatives and friends may call at Mickelson on Thursday from 12 p.m. until the time of service.

Rose Mary Martzke, 82, of Alma, passed away on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center, Wabasha, Minnesota, with her husband, Vern, by her side. She was born on Feb. 21, 1932, in Oconto Falls, a daughter of Dr. William T. and Muriel (Coopman) Hicks.

Rose Mary attended and graduated from Gillett High School in Gillett. She then furthered her education at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, earning her degree in kindergarten/primary education. Rose Mary was united in marriage to Vernon Victor Martzke on Aug. 22, 1953.

Rose Mary’s career in education began in Oconto and then Portage before moving to Alma in 1962, where she would do substitute teaching at the Alma Area Schools. Rose was also active at St. John Lutheran Church Sunday School and WELCA, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Buffalo County Food Pantry.

Rose Mary will be dearly missed by her husband, Vernon, of Alma; children, Doug and his wife, Mary Kaye Martzke, Kristin and her husband, Brent Schneider, Dr. Jeffrey Martzke and his fiancee, Nikki Pelletier, and Lisa Goeppinger; her brother, Robert Hicks; grandchildren, Erica (Jonathan) Novak, Brandon (Lindsey) Martzke, Ryan Schneider, Jason Schneider, Amelia Martzke, Willem Martzke, Emily Goeppinger and Mariah Goeppinger; great-grandchildren, Carter and Emmett Novak and Eve Martzke.

Besides her parents, Rose Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Hicks.

John S. Emerson, ­89, of Shawano, passed away at The Cottages under the loving care of the Memory Unit staff and Heartland Hospice on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015.

John was born on Nov. 27, 1925, in Richmond, California, to Lawrence and Myrtle (Olsen) Emerson. John spent his youth on a family farm in northern Wisconsin with his siblings — four sisters and one brother. He attended Northland College in Ashland, Garrett Biblical Institute in Evanston, Illinois, and Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. On May 6, 1950, he was united in marriage to the former Joan Jackson in Ashland.

John taught high school for a year prior to becoming a Methodist minister for several years. He returned to teaching in 1957 in Cazenovia and began his career at Shawano High School in 1958, retiring 31 years later. He taught English, history, law and economics, as well as served as the debate team coach.

After retirement in 1989, John and his wife, Joan, moved to Carson City, Nevada, and returned to Shawano five years later. John helped launch SAFPARC in Shawano, where he was a volunteer worker until his final retirement in 2010. He was active in the Shawano United Methodist Church from the time he moved to Shawano until his death. His favorite hobby was woodworking.

He was a devoted husband to Joan, his wife of 64 years, and a supportive and caring father to four sons and a daughter.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joan, of Shawano; two sons, John S. (Beverly) Emerson, of Old Town, Maine, Michael D. (Marty) Emerson, of Shawano; and a daughter, Lynn, of Shawano. John has nine grandchildren and nine great­grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Betty Kirkpatrick, of Placerville, California, and MaryAnn (Merle) Melling of Summerville, South Carolina.

John was preceded in death by his parents; a son and daughter-in-law, Patrick D. and Terese (Kroner) Emerson, in 1976; a son, Steven L. Emerson, in 2013; as well as a brother, Mickey, and two sisters, Shirley and Beverly.

A memorial service for John Emerson will be held Monday, Feb. 9, at United Methodist Church, Shawano, with Pastor Allen Christensen officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.

Michael “Mike” Pawlak, 98, of Gillett, died on Feb. 5, 2015. He was born on July 21, 1916, in the town of Spruce to the late Stanley and Josephine (Klimczak) Pawlak.

Mike was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Gillett and Knights of Columbus. He met his wife, Carol Alberts, and they were united in marriage on Feb. 19, 1944, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Green Bay. She preceded him in death on Sept. 3, 2008.

Mike was employed as a baker in Green Bay, milk truck driver, carpenter and retiring from Gillett Cement as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and playing cards, specifically Sheephead. He loved to garden, he was very proud of what he could grow. Mike was known to be a good cook and carpenter.

He is survived by his sons, Gary (Pat) Pawlak, of Bonduel, Gerald Pawlak, of Gillett, and Richard (Patricia) Pawlak, of Kelly Lake; grandchildren, Robert (Roberta), Mary (Jim), Phillip (Jami), Susie (Jon), Mark (Debbie), Kim (Ron), Brian (Sharon), Lance and Heather (Doug); 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Martha Pawlak, of Crivitz, and Genevieve Klimczak, of Milwaukee; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his wife, daughter-in-law, Rebecca Pawlak, six brothers and five sisters.

Lois Jean “Roz” Rosnow Rupple, 86, of Santa Rosa, California, and Shawano, passed away on Jan. 9, 2015, in Santa Rosa.

Roz was born on Dec. 5, 1928, the daughter of the late Arthur and Dolores (Samp) Rosnow. She graduated from Shawano High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.

Roz was united in marriage to John Rupple on Jan. 13, 1999, in Santa Rosa. She was a stewardess for United Airlines and ran an automobile leasing company.

Roz was involved with AWVS – American Women’s Voluntary Service, Pals for Palsy, Clipped Wings – United Airlines for mentally handicapped children and adults, and was a member of both St. Martin Catholic Church in Cecil and Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano.

Roz loved playing bridge with the ladies, golfing, hosting dinner parties for friends and traveling.

Roz is survived by her husband, John; nieces, Terri (Charles) Bridges, of Sacramento, California, and Jan Rosnow, of Oklahoma; nephew, William (Kathy) Rosnow, of Green Bay; stepdaughters, Beth Rupple and Lisa (Brad) Muller; stepson, Paul (Andrea) Rupple; eight stepgrandchildren; and many good friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Jerry Rosnow, and three stepsons, Jeffrey, John and Mark Rupple.

A memorial service will be held in the spring at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano with the Rev. Luke Ferris officiating. Entombment will be in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum.

Bernadine F. Teske, 87, of Clintonville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at St. Joseph Residence, New London, surrounded by her family.

Carl F. Radtke, 82, of Bonduel, passed peacefully on Feb. 9, 2015, surrounded by his family at Appleton Medical Center, from complications due to an infection. He was born in Appleton on Nov. 15, 1932, the only child of the late Carl Henry and Mabel (Koehnke) Radtke.

Carl was united in marriage to Mary L. Reinhardt on Aug. 2, 1962, in Waukegan, Illinois. Spending most of their married years in Appleton, Carl and Mary eventually left the city to reside near the quiet south shore of Shawano Lake.

Carl was a 1951 graduate of Appleton West High School. He was employed by both Quaker Bakery and the Appleton Sinclair gas station prior to his 43-year career at Miller Electric. He retired in 1994.

An avid fan of fastpitch softball, Carl spent many years as first baseman for both the Miller Electric and Hide-a-Way bar teams. Boating was also a passion with him and Mary; they spent much time together fishing the waters of Shawano Lake. He also enjoyed woodworking, tending to his yard, jaunts to the local casinos (or “work” as he called it during his retirement years!), and attending the sporting events of his grandchildren. Carl was also the owner/booking agent for Radtke Enterprises, booking polka events for more than 45 years. His love of polka brought music to many ballrooms in Northeastern Wisconsin for people to enjoy.

Carl is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary; son, Daniel (Angela) Radtke, Lodi; daughter, Kristine (Brian) Cairns, Krakow; grandsons, Cole Radtke and Dalton and Drew Cairns. He was preceded in death by his beloved four-legged friend, Nikki, who shall make the journey to the afterlife by his side.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, at Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St., Appleton. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of services.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.

On Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, our mom, Betty J. Herlache, received her heavenly wings and started her journey to be reunited with her beloved husband, Clayton Herlache, her son, Clayton “C.J.” Herlache Junior, and grandson, Jason David Klaus, as well as several other family members and friends.

Mom was born on Aug. 10, 1923, to the late Harry and Martha (Doepke) Liesch in Green Bay. In 1930, her parents built their home in northeast Green Bay. Five generations of our family have resided within our grandparents’ home up to the present time. It has remained a gathering place with heartfelt memories of days gone by.

Mom’s life was filled with many “favorite” people and events: a Kroll’s hamburger with a Bud Light, Christmas candy run with Marty every year, putting up her Christmas Village and tree with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, bonfires, booyah parties, her annual August gathering and family reunions, gathering all of her grandchildren every summer for a huge sleepover/vacation at her little blue cottage on the lake. She was a memory maker and creator for each and every one of them. One of her favorite events was traveling throughout the country to visit new places and especially to visit her relatives, daughters, nieces and nephews and her grandchildren. Family was her reward in life. Mom lived with dignity, compassion, kindness and always with the good Lord in her heart! Her faith was unyielding!

Mom was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; son, Clayton Herlache Jr.; grandson, Jason David Klaus; six siblings; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Sister Joyce Marie was Mom’s beloved confidant, her source of comfort and her inspiration. It was a tremendous loss for mom! Lila Fay Kuske was mom’s lifelong friend from the neighborhood. Again, this was a tremendous loss for Mom.

Those of us left behind are left with loving thoughts of a wonderful, humorous, strong, dedicated and heartfelt mom, grandma, great-grandma, mother-in-law, aunt and friend.

Betty is survived by her children, Marty (Jerry) Olsen, Kathie (Bill) Piontek, Dan (Jane) Herlache, Cheryl Herlache Daly (James Daly), Jeanette (David) Klaus, Scott (Cheryl) Herlache, Brian (Tracey) Herlache; a daughter-in-law, Linda (Hess) Herlache; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and her sister- in-law, Lois (Herlache) Murphy.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Steven Hyvonen officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Inurnment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Jean D. Hangartner, 86, of Marion, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at Theda Clark Medical Center, Neenah.

The former Jean Doris Hopp was born on Oct. 24, 1928, in Merrill to Paul and Alma (Oestreich). In the mid-1940s, her family moved to a farm on Elmdale Road in the town of Bear Creek, Waupaca County. She was united in marriage on April 21, 1951, to Melvin A. Hangartner at Trinity Lutheran Church, Bear Creek. In 1951, the couple moved to a piece of land just little northeast of Bowler. By 1960, they settled in the Marion area, where they continued with dairy cows, then hogs and feeder pigs. Not only did Jean work side-by-side with her husband on the farm or out in the woods, but she also helped with rebuilding electric motors in his shop.

Jean is a former member of St. Martin’s Lutheran Church, Clintonville, and she was active with the Ladies Aid. Currently, she was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Marion. Her interests included growing tons of vegetables in her gardens, canning, and cooking for her family. She enjoyed doing embroidery work and making all kinds of foods, but her apple pies, donuts and potato pancakes were legendary. Jean also liked to go fishing and playing Bingo or the slot machines at the casino.

She was a devoted wife, a wonderful mother, and a proud grandmother. Jean was always there for her family and she will be remembered most for her contagious laugh that everyone around her loved.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Melvin; four children, Lyle (Jenny) Hangartner, of Marion, LuAnn (Mickey) Karst, of Marion, Linda (Dave) Nitz, of Berlin, and LaVonne (special friend Mark Vanderlin) Burow, of Neenah; 12 grandchildren, LaMar (Tricia) Karst, Jeremy (Vicki) Karst, Laurie Vollrath, Lisa Karst, Sarah (Rick) Kositzke, Lee (fiancée Wendy) Hangartner, Julianna Nitz, Caroline Nitz, Callie Nitz, Nichol (Jace) Peskie, Dustin (fiancée Jalisa) Burow, and Aleesha Vanderlin; 16 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Jeanette Lasso, of Racine, Betty Cordry, of St. Louis, Missouri, and Edna (Bob) Frank, of Neenah; and two brothers, Wilbert “Butch” (Kathy) Hopp, of Clintonville, and Lester (Wilma) Hopp, of Stephensville. She is further survived by a brother-in-law, Raymond Hangartner, of Bowler; a sister-in-law, Marian (Floyd) Otto, of Zephyrhills, Florida; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, two grandsons, Michael Karst and Jason Nitz, a son-in-law, Thomas Burow, and a brother, Edward Hopp.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Marion. The Rev. Bradley Dokken will officiate, and burial will be in the spring at Roseland Cemetery, Marion. Friends may call on Friday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Jeanette “Neddy” R. Schinko, 76, of Watertown, passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at the Watertown Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, Feb. 16, Watertown, with the Rev. Todd Iverson of Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Milwaukee. Jeanette Ruth Finger was born in Butler on Sept. 17, 1938, daughter of William and Norma (Wolter) Finger. Neddy was a former member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Tilleda. She was also a member of the Watertown Senior Center and a 10- year member of Wellness Works in Watertown. Neddy enjoyed Bingo and watching movies.

She is survived by her children, Cynthia (Edward) Pero, of Oak Creek, Allen (Rita) Hartwig, of Gresham, Terry Hartwig-Bieser, of Pewaukee, Harrison Schinko, of Tilleda, Laura (Paul) Duhm, of Navarino, Gwendolyn Peterson, of Pewaukee, Norma (Edward) Jackson, of Austin, Texas, and Henry Schinko Jr., of Wittenburg; 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Diane (Douglas) Loper, of Oconomowoc, Louane (Robert) Borgman, of Nolensville, Tennessee, Jacqlyne (Alan) Orne, of Hartland, Marjorie (Ewald) Gansewendt, of West Bend; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Johnny F. Doxtator, 75, of Gresham, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, in Wausau.

Johnny was born on Nov. 18, 1939, in the town of Red Springs, the son of the late Abner and Emma (Mohawk) Doxtator.

Johnny proudly served in the United States Army. On March 10, 1968, Johnny was united in marriage to Virginia Swamp, and they lived in Chicago for many years before returning to Gresham in 1988. He was a member of the Keshena Assembly of God Church and Gresham American Legion Post 390. Johnny loved to play guitar, fish and work on cars.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Virginia; their children, Johnny Doxtator, Roy Doxtator, Phillip (Donna) Doxtator, Laurie (Raymond) Christjohn, George (Elizabeth) Plamann, Jakki Doxtator, Clint Doxtator, Cookie Doxtator, Stephanie Doxtator and Anahlea Doxtator; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; many special friends; his sister, Olga (Lawrence) Caruso; his brother, Earl Doxtator.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Roy, and one sister Laura.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Michael D. Eldridge officiating. Burial will be in the Red Springs Cemetery with military rites conducted by Gresham American Legion Post 390 and the Mohican Veterans. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, from 4-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Karen (Gumaer) Martzke, 60, of the town of Wescott, passed away Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, after a long and courageous battle with multiple sclerosis. Karen was born Nov. 25, 1954, in Shawano and was the only child of the late Marge (Hill) and Richard Gumaer.

Karen graduated from Shawano High School in 1973. She worked at 3-D Metal and WTCH Radio Station for the majority of her career. On May 16, 1987, she was united in marriage to Michael Martzke at the First Presbyterian Church in Shawano. The couple farmed the Martzke Homestead, fourth-generation farm, until retiring and moving to Karen’s childhood home on Shawano Lake. Karen was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church in Red River. Karen loved her animals and watching the birds in her yard and ducks on the lake.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Mike; mother and father, Marge and Rich; and a beloved aunt, Adelaide “Girlie” Gumear.

Karen is survived by her paternal cousins, Rick Herzfeldt, Tom Herzfeldt, Susan Ponchaud, Mary Beth Leopold; Julie Wirtz; maternal cousin, Les Chayken; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eldor and Norma Martzke; sister-in-law and brother in-law, Pam and Rick Sperberg; sister-in-law, Roxy Martzke; and godson, David Dorak.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Jerry Cho officiating. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shawano Humane Society, 1290 Jaycee Court, Shawano, WI 54166, in Karen’s name.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Maple Lane Nursing Home and Heartland Hospice for their care of Karen.

Loretta M. Salzman, 85, of Tigerton, passed away Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, at the Homme Home of Wittenberg.

Funeral arrangements are pending with the Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Tigerton.

Virginia E. Jones, 89, of Shawano, passed away Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, in Belle Plaine.

Virginia was born on Jan. 23, 1926, in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Clara (Schneider) Lechmaier. Virginia was united in marriage to Orval E. Jones on June 18, 1949, in Waukegan, Illinois. Earl preceded her death on Dec. 20, 1975. She moved to the Shawano area in 1966 and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Virginia is survived by 12 nieces and nephews, including special niece, Kathleen (Richard) Senft, of Shawano.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Orval, her parents and two sisters.

Private memorial services were held at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano.

Inurnment will be held on Aug. 1, 2015, at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Shawano.

Edith A. Flessert, 86, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, and joined her loved ones in heaven.

Edith was born on Aug. 29, 1928, in Madison, the daughter of the late Alfred and Dorothy (Neu) Denton. Edith was united in marriage to Fred Flessert on Sept. 13, 1946. Fred preceded her in death on July 10, 2003. Edith was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church in Shawano. She was a very kind and sweet woman who will be missed by all who knew her.

Edith is survived by her children, Dan (Diane) Flessert, of Shawano, Rose Flessert, of Shawano, and Gary Flessert, of California; six grandchildren, Sara Flessert, Elizabeth (Nick Brady) Flessert, Diane Flessert, Kristie (Robert) Voechting, Kevin (Kristi) Flessert and Nicole (Fiance Louis Moses) Flessert; many great-grandchildren; one brother, John Barden, of Waunakee; one sister, Marilyn Rowin, of Westfield; and one brother-in-law, Ron (Deidra) Butz, of Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Rueben and Diane; two sisters, Dolores and Carol; one brother, Alfred: a special sister-in-law, Stella; and her former husband, Fred Flessert.

A memorial service is being planned for early May.
