Rita Marie Rosin, 65, of Shawano, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, in Appleton.
Born in Shawano on Sept. 18, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Jeanette (Johnson) Stronach. She graduated from Shawano High School and then went on to graduate from the Bellin lab tech program. On May 10, 1969, in Shawano, she was united in marriage to William “Bill” Rosin. Rita enjoyed gardening and bowling, but especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Rita is survived by her husband, Bill; their two daughters, Amy (Stuart) Henning, of Shawano, and Robin (Mark Schreiber) Rosin, of Green Bay; five grandchildren, Alex, Parker, Mercedez, Nick and Kaitlin. She is further survived by one brother, Michael Stronach, of Appleton.
She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Allison; her parents; and a sister, Nancy Stronach.
A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2015, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Dick Menning officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
