
Larry Lee Schroeder, 68, of Milton, died at his home on Wednesday, April 1, 2015. He was born on April 7, 1946, in Shawano, the son of Marvin and Virginia (Wruck) Schroeder.
Larry would marry Candace deVeau on June 4, 1966, in Whitewater. Larry owned his own CPA business in Arlington Heights and Rolling Meadows, Illinois, for 25 years after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He had a love of boats and owned one before he even had a driver’s license. His mother had to transport it to the water.
Larry is survived by his wife, Candace Schroeder, of Milton; children, Laurie (Dave) Konle, of Wauwatosa, Scott (Michelle) Schroeder, of Fort Atkinson, and Sherri Schroeder, of Orange Park, Florida; grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Konle, Chase and Katelyn Schroeder, Jake and Megan Kerkering; sister, Marge (Gerald) Oberle; niece, Kori Oberle; nephews, Brian and Wade Oberle; sister-in-law, Karen (Michael) Smith, Cedarburg; nephews, Brice and Shaun Smith; and aunt, Beverly (Richard) Gipp, Shawano.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Jeffrey Oberle.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, from 4-6 p.m. at The Gathering Place, 715 Campus St., Milton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The Gathering Place.
Albrecht Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 828 S. Janesville St., Milton, are assisting the family with arrangements.
