Shirley A. Hoffman, born to George and Alma McFarlane, in Tigerton, on May 10, 1931.
She resided in Suring at the time of her death. She went to her Heavenly Father on Aug. 24, 2014. Waiting there, for her, were her beloved husband, Carl W. Hoffman (Shepley), and granddaughter, Nancy (Oklahoma).
She enjoyed trout fishing, sports, traveling, Scrabble and her family of Judy, Carla (Pat), Dennis (Nancy), Karen (Dave), Rick (Joni), Terry (Kathy) and Scott (Laura); plus 24 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; sister, Nellie (John); brothers, Larry and Mike (Carolyn); and many nieces and nephews.
A private memorial was held in her honor.
