Leonard Louis Wasmund, 90, of Bonduel, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014, in Shawano. Born on Oct. 4, 1923, in the town of Underhill, he was the son of the late Frederick E. and Laura (Schroeder) Wasmund.
Leonard was a lifelong resident and farmer of the Bonduel area. He also worked for Equity Co-Op and was a member of the St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Bonduel.
Leonard is survived by a sister, Gertrude Hein, of Bonduel; a niece, Carol (Tom) Krueger, of Green Bay; and a nephew, Mark (Barbara) Hein, of Green Bay.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel with the Rev. Timothy Shoup officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials can be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Bonduel.
