Kay E. Riemer, 48, of Shawano, passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, at her home.
Kay Ellen Riemer was born May 24, 1967, in Clintonville to Dawn (Fraedrich) Riemer and the late Donald Riemer. She graduated from Marion High School in 1986 and was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, town of Pella, Shawano County. Kay worked at Lakeland Industries in Shawano doing various tasks and helping out those in need. She enjoyed doing many different activities like bowling and going out to eat. One of her biggest joys was attending Camp Daniel in Athelstane; she would always look forward to going. She loved having her fingernails painted and enjoyed watching Packers football. Kay loved her family and she will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her mother, Dawn Riemer, Marion; sister, Lori (Jim) Catlin, Comstock; brother, Alan (Marti) Riemer, Marion; nieces, Kelly Catlin, Harmony Riemer and Melody Riemer; nephew, Casey Catlin.
Kay was preceded in death by her father, Donald Riemer.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, town of Pella with the Rev. Timothy Lofgren officiating. Friends may call at the Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory in Marion from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, and at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will take place at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery, town of Pella.
